By signing below, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with operating an electric bicycle. This includes but is not limited to the risk of injury, collision, falls, weather-related hazards, equipment malfunction, or interaction with traffic. You understand that helmet use is strongly recommended and that you ride at your own risk.

You accept full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the e-bike, helmet, charger, lock, or any other equipment provided. In the event of loss or damage (whether by accident, neglect, or theft), you agree to compensate E Rydes LLC with the current market MSRP value of the item(s) affected. This includes, but is not limited to, the full replacement cost of bikes, chargers, helmets, and locks.

You hereby release E Rydes LLC and its affiliates from all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your use of the rental equipment. You confirm you are physically fit to operate an e-bike and agree to obey all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
